Crew Car Wash Fundraiser

Many of you picked up your Crew Car Wash Fundraiser tickets during our evaluations this past weekend and are already requesting more! This is fantastic! If you did not make it to evaluations, please see below for dates and times of additional pick-up opportunities. 

Please remember if you did not opt out during registration, each player is asked to sell 5 Crew Car Wash tickets for $10/ticket for contribution to TWLL.  If you are unsure if you opted out or not, please send an email to [email protected] or call/text 317-828-2604, and I will be happy to get you the data. 

If you would like to turn in your payment for the first 5 Crew Car Wash tickets and/or pick-up additional tickets, please feel free to attend any of the below pick-up times.  If you are picking up additional tickets, payment needs to be submitted for the first 5 tickets at that time.

Check or cash can be accepted for the fundraiser. All checks should be made out to TWLL. The last day to turn in fundraiser money will be Friday, April 16th at our Opening Night Celebration!

Wednesday - 3/3/21 - 5pm-7pm - North Salem Elementary

Thursday- 3/4/21 - 5pm-7pm - Pittsboro - Scott Park Concession Stand

Saturday- 3/6/21 - 11am-1pm - Pittsboro - Scott Park Concession Stand
